Itest is a multi-tenant SaaS platform built at IntraZero for universities and educational institutions. It covers the full examination lifecycle — from question authoring and exam scheduling to proctoring, grading, and result analytics — across separate web applications for administrators/instructors and for students. The platform serves 1.5M+ students.

Key Features

• Multi-tenancy: Isolated data and configuration per institution, built on Stancl Tenancy.
• Examination engine: Question bank, exam builder, automated grading, and student tracking.
• Proctoring: Face verification, screenshot capture, and suspicious-activity detection.
• Learning outcomes: Visual ILO/CLO/PLO builder that maps questions and exams to program-level outcomes.
• Live monitoring: Real-time exam supervision over WebSockets (Laravel Reverb).
• Global search: Cmd+K command palette powered by Meilisearch, with a database fallback.
• Gamification: Badges, achievements, and experience points for students.
• Subscriptions & billing: Feature-based plans with consumption tracking.
• Analytics: Performance dashboards, outcome tracking, and exportable reports.

My Role & Impact

I architected and built the backend and the multi-tenant architecture that underpins the platform. The work reduced feature delivery time by roughly 40% and contributed to growth in recurring revenue.
